Area Man Shot by Police

Area geek Ignatz Mouse was shot by Costa Mesa Police today outside Shooters Bar and Sports Grill. Mouse had displayed what appeared to be a firearm in a threatening manner, according to Lt. Bat Masterson. "The officers fired and struck the suspect, at which point it was discovered that the weapon was a plastic toy", said Lt. Masterson. "We are currently investigating the item which appeared to be filled with some type of animal urine."
