it was on a japanese-language blog, titled "2ch news flash vip blog." the transcriber has ignored all text (including vaguely comprehensible tempo and volume notes, like "fffff") and input only the notes themselves. nonetheless, a valiant effort -- and yes, it sounds just the way you expect.

That MIDI actually doesn't sound half bad! Sounds a lot better than you'd think from reading the music.
