A couple of slices of brisket pressure-cooked in beer & onions with black pepper; a can of white hominy with chipotle-infused olive oil; one perfect white peach.

The white peaches are very good this year. Locals be advised, do not get them at the Ralphs; they're hard like rocks and preseeded with flies and expensive. Go to Trader Joes.

What exactly are white peaches? Do they taste the same as regular peaches? Sounds like blasphemy to me! ::grew up in georgia::

However the brisket in beer & onions sounds really tasty, and of course being from georgia, the grits sound good too ;)
