Yes. "That Guy" will always hang on to the Youth Pickup Music Act too long, until the fans have all hit 30, causing hilarity. I wonder what the next drop will be? I try to think of what was a huge hit in '98 to '02 or so, but I draw a blank because that was such a wasteland time for popular music.
