Well, you know. Some people who have BPI do wander off during their extended manic phases, barefoot, to do god knows what. Me, I have BPII with hypomania and rapid cycling so I may remember to put on my shoes but by the time I do I don't want to go to the park anymore, I want to lie down. Maybe cry. Or play with the cat. Or read a book I've read 20,000 times. Or hate people. Oh hey! I can spiral into anxiety! That's fun too.
