nope you shouldn't be! even the smallest little garage sale grill can cook the best marinated tofu skewers and thick, succulent chunks of portobello mushrooms brushed with sage oil. vegetarian heaven!
i've wanted to tell you today, mr. "i need an awful lot of stuff", that the garage sales in portland ROCK and you should start attending them in may or june. they are plentiful and everywhere, and the stuff you'll find is GOOD and CHEAP. (even coming from a picky person like me, it's true!)
