I’m stealing this one because it allows me to get my snob on:

Name a CD you own that no-one else on your friends list does:
André Popp and his Orchestra, Delirium in Hi-Fi

Name a book you own that no-one else on your friends list does:
V. Stefansson, The Friendly Arctic

Name a movie you own on DVD/VHS/whatever that no-one else on your friends list does:
Metallica Drummer in which a young man in his bedroom plays along with the band.

Name a place that you have visited that no-one else on your friends list has:
Conques, France

Of course I’m taking some risks of being outsnobbed, here.

when i did this one i chose to go weird rather than snobby. now i'm wondering if i made the wrong decision. ah, but i suppose weird plays to my strengths.

it's more complicated!

I'm actually a closet snob who tries to pass as a weirdo. I always return to my roots as the overeducated kid who gets kicked around in P.E. but I keep attempting to become the punk rock guy who is outside the system, maaaan.

i somehow managed to be overeducated (for awhile, anyway), beaten up in P.E., and forcibly ejected from mainstream society, although any punk rock credibility i may have earned is offset by my collection of Leo Sayer records. The weirdness i possess is the sad, pathetic weird, not the cool Joey Ramone weird. And I'm snobbish without any legitimate justification, which is just wrong. All in all it's a heady recipe for success.

How about "D.J. Drank's Greatest Malt Liquor Hits"?
