1) Not that good. 2) Hella expensive. 3) In Tibet, a yak is a male buffalo-esque thingy. The females, from which this cheese comes, are called dreis, or drees or something. Tibetans always have a good laugh at the mention of yak cheese. Always.
I can't believe anraqueso beat me to it! yeah, all that. Plus, it never really seems to be available for sale anyway. That guy has unique theories on cheesemaking, alternatively making some of the most amazing and most inedible cheeses around.
