This might be totally obvious but have you tried the chiropractor/PT/acupuncture route? I have a minor miracle worker in Beverly Hills - you have to spend 90$ for the doc there to give you a "prescription" to see him, but when I couldn't use my arm at all for over a week, he fixed it in 2 hours. [It hurt, but it worked]

I was going to ask the same. The chiro I'm seeing (in westcliff) is a sports injury therapist and her whole team of people kick some ass. I went from feeling like a pile of ground beef to a whole cow in about two weeks. WHAT AN ENDORSEMENT.
