my favorite is the salt derived from the last tear of a child dying of starvation. It's delicious.

Fleur de Sel is good too. They make that in France, from the blood of the proletariat.

I do have some fancy salt, but it's from some kind of big flat salt cake in Utah. It does taste better but it's not like I use it to clean the cast iron pans or anything.
