Huh.
1. She's always been a tad scrawny.
2. She's playing a cancer patient in some comedy thing.

Throw in some bad lighting and a camera angle that makes her shoulders jut out a bit (a bit like mine, actually), probably some sly photoshopping to confirm the impression. The dead fish stare probably doesn't help either.

If you want to be sad, go look at ALL the photos of her from the Costume Institute gala last weekend on Getty Images. :(
ALL the angles make her look like she's dying and there's no photoshop at Getty images.
Poor thing. I hope it's for a role or something...
