I'm not sure I understand. I tried making one for netninja, but without mouseovers or color legends or whatever, it is hard to tell what is what.

For example, in the image above, we see lots of trees with red structure and purple leaf nodes -- this tells us that the sites uses lots of table layouts, and puts images in the tables.

There are a few instances of green clusters, telling us that some sections of the page have been converted to use DIVs.
