The building management lady at my job just sent an email telling us not to keep our cars here overnight or they will be "toed".

In an apparently unrelated email she asked that the owner of the Aldo shoes found on an employee's Jeep tailgate please claim them.

It would be fun to screw with the homeowners at my condo association and send out such a a broad letter:
Dear Homeowner:

Effective Immediately:

To help alleviate the parking issues in our community, we will now tow all cars parked overnight. We do understand the inconvenience to those that sleep from 11pm to 7am, however, the degree to which people park their cars had come to the level of complete anarchy.
