She had one kidney out. Apparently it was totally full of stones. The other one is oddly just fine. The vet is perplexed and has sent samples to labs, etc. She is home and resting. She seems fine except for obviously being a bit tender, and her mew is weak and reedy. She's her same friendly self though.
