Chinese dissidents have been carving pro-democracy messages in the ice and have run afoul of the chinese government. Leaders in Beijing quickly responded by setting up a task force where new police recruits use improvised sleds to scratch out the offending words. The police are hoping to quash the new communications medium that is said to be growing in popularity amongst young people.
