She has worked in film, researched for CBS and has been a popular speaker and workshop leader around the country. She and her husband spend their summers in Colorado and winters in Alabama.

Okay, but seriously, a bottle half-buried in the sand? That sounds like "Call the police. Someone is trying to kill me." when the note was written, but "Get a time machine. Someone killed me a long time ago." or "It doesn't matter. They're never going to get caught." when it's found.
