A friend of mine is an attorney and worked for an IP law firm for a while. The woman down the hall was a topflight Harvard Law type who made huge money etc etc. But her job for the last two straight years had been hunting and shutting down people who had reappropriate the "got milk?" ad campaign. Literally like 14 hours a day of sending some Cleveland auto dealer a letter explaining that he couldn't use "got truck?" in his ads, and especially not in that typeface.
