Unusual desert monsoon storm hit tonight. Big cold drops, some hail, lots and lots of thunder and lightning, as below.

Because of this storm I realized that I have an ALUMINUM rain gutter that sounds like rapid gunfire when raindrops hit it, right above my bedroom window. Can't wait for winter! Yep.

Yup, we were up allll night from the thunder which was probably the loudest I have ever heard and Stacy says he's never heard thunder storms go on for that long and that frequent.

It was interesting.
Now I am a zombie.
