An otherwise pleasant evening out with friends ended early because I was getting too anxious. Things annoy me lately that shouldn't; also, my cognitive problems continue. I misremember things, or can't think of a word, or I say the wrong thing while aware that I'm doing so, which really isn't fun.

I'm trying to come to terms with the fact that I am going to be alone for life, and it's difficult.

However, I ate a really good french dip sandwich tonight. klikitak is hilarious and smart, and I don't see enough of her.

Got some great music in the mail today, from Canada: Rough Trade and 54.40 CDs from the 80s that you can't really get down here at all. Thank you, Maplemusic.

oh man, about a year ago my brain was doing the exact same thing. it was really strange and scary. then it just sort of went away. or at least i'm not aware of it now.
