I don't understand. Why doesn't it just redirect to http://www.dhs.gov/ ?

I feel slightly less "cyber safe", as my "web buddies" may also here in the "e world"!!!

http://www.nsa.gov/ also appears to be having problems; I went to download their MacOS X Security Configuration Guide, but everything below the main page appears to be broken.
