I've heard this one before, and I'm convinced the actual point of the sentence is to see how many times you can say the word "and" in a row without being punched in the neck.

It is ALWAYS "better" to put "quotes" around "words" and "word phrases" because it "makes" the "sentence" seem a little more "clear" and "of course" makes you "look 'cool'" whether or "not" you are "actually" "cool." "Chicks" "dig" "quotes." And you can quote me on that.
