substituteI got my powerbook back from Apple today. They fixed it in the theoretical minimum amount of time it could possibly have taken. Major praise due.
Then I went to get coffee, where the process of obtaining one medium caffe latte involved the participation of two employees and the manager, a long discussion about milk temperatures, and the final delivery of the wrong product 10 minutes later.
