Successful meal

I call it "Namaste Pozole". I made a casserole of chana dal with Soyrizo and tomato, topped with cheese. Came out great. Nrrryygmgmgmg. Also romaine salad. An accidentally vegan vegetarian (oops, cheese) meal and so good.

I guess they figure we'll all watch it because it "takes place" here.
