I've only heard a little of Ted Leo's stuff, but yeah, it's pretty good. I think he's got a bunch of songs up on www.epitonic.com if'n you want to hear more.

Recent book on GbV has an anecdote about Ted Leo & Bob Pollard getting into a fistfight.
