i have one thanks to my dad, christmas, circa 2004. only mine is far more frightening as it is actually a head instead of an octopus center, with the little spidery legs sticking out of it.
first one of these things i saw several years back didn't even take batteries, you just moved it across a head using the motion of your wrist. then, of course, came the vibrating battery-powered version. now...
popular with ravers. first felt one clamp onto my skull at a rave way back when. i own one now but never use it.
