Sauteed scallops with cracked pepper and sesame seeds over Lundberg Wild Blend rice cooked in broth with saffron. Not pictured: Stirfried green beans with tangerine sauce and cashews.

What do scallop shells look like? You just never see then. Calm, mussel, oysters shells are everywhere, but you just never see scallop shells.

i should webcam this salad I made the other day. Not as pretty as yours but it's mostly purple and green, which stimps and I agree is the ideal color combination. ;)
