Makes me glad I live at the NORTH end of the 55.

What is it with the 55/405 interchange? For the last 15 years, it seems like it's perpetually under construction. They finished the 55 expansion, then they added the carpool lanes.. now they're doing some other fool thing.

Makes me long for Denver and the Seven Year Ditch (http://www.trexproject.com/).

While they were working on that interchange, it was discovered that they had completely screwed it up and that an earthquake would make it fall over. So they have to "remediate" lots of it and do things over. It's eternal.
