It says Karma 21, Yangjae Car Theater. Maybe it means like a drive in, though I can't imagine a drive in in Yangjae. There's no fucking room.

He's byuntae (a pervert). That happens sometimes over there.

Wow, I think "byuntae" is not only Korean for "hentai", but is actually cognate with it (変態 = byun + tai = hen + tai). As is often the case, Korean seems to reserve the Old Chinese pronunciation that Mandarin often tweaks and that Japanese slices and dices.
