I have been seeing quite a few ice cream trucks up here that are not really trucks. In fact, several have been smaller than odradak's Fiesta. What's up whith that? Where do you hide the children?

The ones over in this neighborhood are all little 3-wheel electric carts/cars, like the ones the coaches in high school P.E. would ride around. Since the streets are so narrow, it majorly suxorz when you get stuck behind one.

I recall a similar black van around one of my work places when I was in my twenties. It had a faux-chalk outline of some hapless pedestrian painted across the hood.
