they could be gay fat boys with boobs, i guess..

I believe that's right under the mention of gay fat kids, but I refuse to go back to that horrible, horrible page to verify this.

Gender confusion caused by massive amounts of fat is probably a sign of something being amiss.

true, though right after that cartoon is where girls are mentioned. they're wearing girlish jewelry, too ... but gender ambiguousness based on heboobies vs sheboobies is also a sign of something being amiss. :)
