Well what we need to do is lock everyone up. Once everyone is in prison or jail, except for the guards then there will be no more crime except, of course for that that the guards commit and those guys that sneak across the border and haven't been caught yet.

Yes it, life will be much more peaceful. Prisons are for the most part very peaceful!
