substitute | Successful meal

I call it "Namaste Pozole". I made a casserole of chana dal with Soyrizo and tomato, topped with cheese. Came out great. Nrrryygmgmgmg. Also romaine salad. An accidentally ~~vegan~~ vegetarian (oops, cheese) meal and so good.
